Warranty Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
At Trendy Cabinet, we stand behind the cabinets, countertops, vanities, and closets we sell and the work our team installs. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to request service. The exact warranty terms for your project, including coverage periods, are listed in your written proposal or contract and in the manufacturer’s warranty documents provided with your products.
In short: products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty (including a limited lifetime warranty on select cabinet lines), and installation performed by Trendy Cabinet is covered by our workmanship warranty for the period stated in your contract.
1. Manufacturer Product Warranties
All products we sell come from trusted manufacturers and suppliers and are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer that made them.
- Cabinets: select cabinet lines carry a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage, including for hardware such as hinges, drawer glides, and soft-close mechanisms, varies by line.
- Countertops: quartz and other engineered surfaces from brands such as MSI, Caesarstone, Cambria, and Silestone are covered by the brand’s own warranty. Natural stone such as granite and marble is a natural product, and natural variations are not defects.
- Vanities, closets, and other products: covered by the warranty of their manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties are subject to each manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and claim process. We will help you understand the coverage for your selected products during design, and we will help you submit a claim if a problem comes up.
2. Installation Workmanship Warranty
When Trendy Cabinet installs your products, we warrant our installation work against defects in workmanship for the period stated in your written contract. If a problem is caused by our installation, such as misaligned doors, loose cabinets, or improperly fitted components, we will inspect it and, if it is covered, adjust, repair, or correct it at no charge.
This workmanship warranty applies only to installation performed by Trendy Cabinet or our authorized installers. It does not cover installation by you or by another contractor.
3. What Is Not Covered
Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, and chips that occur through everyday use
- Damage from water, leaks, flooding, high humidity, or exposure to excessive heat (for example, hot pans placed directly on a countertop)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, overloading shelves or drawers, or improper cleaning products and methods
- Natural changes in wood and painted finishes, such as color changes from sunlight, aging, or expansion and contraction with seasonal humidity, including hairline cracks at painted door joints
- Natural variations in color, veining, pattern, and texture of natural stone and wood
- Products that have been altered, repaired, moved, or reinstalled by anyone other than Trendy Cabinet
- Problems caused by the home itself, such as settling, uneven floors or walls, plumbing, or electrical work done by others
- Products used in commercial or rental settings, unless the manufacturer’s warranty says otherwise
- Labor costs for removing or reinstalling products, unless covered by the manufacturer or by our workmanship warranty
4. Inspect Your Products at Delivery and Installation
Please inspect your products when they are delivered and when installation is complete, and tell us about any visible damage, missing pieces, or finish issues as soon as possible. Problems that are reported promptly are much easier to resolve with the manufacturer.
5. How to Request Warranty Service
- Contact us by phone at +1 (678) 900-4575 or email info@trendycabinet.com.
- Include your name, project address, the approximate installation date, and a short description of the problem.
- Attach clear photos of the issue and, if possible, your invoice or contract number.
- We will review your request and, if needed, schedule an inspection. If the issue is covered by a manufacturer warranty, we will help you file the claim with the manufacturer.
6. Remedies
If a covered defect is confirmed, the remedy is repair, adjustment, or replacement of the affected part or product, as determined by Trendy Cabinet or the manufacturer. Replacement parts are matched as closely as possible, but exact matches in color, finish, or natural stone cannot be guaranteed, especially for discontinued products. If a product line is discontinued, a product of similar quality and value may be provided.
7. Limitations
This Warranty Policy, together with your written contract and the manufacturer warranties, is the complete statement of the warranties we provide. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Trendy Cabinet is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
8. Care and Maintenance
Proper care helps keep your warranty valid and your products looking their best:
- Wipe spills right away and clean with a soft cloth and mild soap and water; avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners
- Keep a stable indoor humidity level and avoid water pooling near cabinet edges, sinks, and dishwashers
- Use trivets and cutting boards on countertops
- Follow the care guide provided by each manufacturer
